From becoming the first female hockey play-by-play announcer...to Music and Program Director at Manitoba's longest running Country station... to President at the ABC...Bev is in Phase Two of a whirlwind media career. Originally drawn to performance work herself, she's now driven to help others realize their dreams in media, arts and entertainment!
Carole has worked for over 20 years in the private vocational school business. She has been with ABC since the company’s inception. Carole enjoys watching the students learn and grow while in school, however, she gets the most satisfaction out of seeing the underdog succeed. She loves working at the Academy of Broadcasting because of the people and the atmosphere.
This will be Travis' second time in the halls of the Academy of Broadcasting, but instead of hitting the books, this time he'll be working with the students to jump-start their careers into the media. After graduating from ABC in 2004, Travis has focused on Marketing & Promotions including stops at Hockey Canada and nearly 5 years at 92 CITI FM & 102.3 Clear FM. Travis has an incredible passion for music and the entertainment industry, which can easily be highlighted with close to 10 years at the Winnipeg Arena and the MTS Centre. Whether he's launching the hotdog cannon during the Manitoba Moose games, working with the fans at one of countless concerts, or just drumming along with Cotton Eyed Joe, Travis loves a high-energy atmosphere, and strives to carry that through his everyday life.
Christine is the face behind the friendly voice greeting all who call the college. She spent 20 years in her family's business, looking after the books, accounts payable, inventory control and receivables. She's an Administrative Honours Graduate who's found the perfect place to make use of her skills. Christine enjoys working with the students and staff at ABC.
