The Academy of Broadcasting Corporation (or ABC as we like to call it) is a private vocational institution or college based in Winnipeg, Canada. It offers provincially approved, industry specific courses in media, radio & television broadcasting, and film & television acting. These courses are taught by industry professionals with impressive resumes in a small-group, intimate learning environment. It's a facility where dreams and aspirations are given wing. For many, it's the starting point of a career journey that will lead to a whole new life.

ABC is located near the geographic center of the city, on Winnipeg's busiest transit route. It's studios, classrooms and state of the art computer lab are located in the lower level of the fabulous Polo Park Shopping Centre which provides a spacious, comfortable and creative environment for learning. Parking is ample year round, and the Shopping Centre's many shops and services offer opportunities for part-time employment for students who wish to maintain an income throughout the year.

The Academy of Broadcasting is registered as a PVI under the Private Vocational Institution Act. That means that student aid, government grants and other similar programs are available to students who qualify. Our administrative staff is experienced with the various bodies of government and funding organizations and can help with the entire paperwork process.
